Discreet between-session support as needed
A confidential, relational space capable of holding real complexity
This work is intentionally long enough for orientation, clarity, and grounded movement to take hold.

Most clients come prepared to engage fully and steadily over the duration of the container.

Elaine Murray is a spiritual wayfinding guide, writer, and pastor who works with leaders navigating responsibility, transition, and inner disorientation.
Her work draws on pastoral formation, doctoral-level training in interpretation and preaching, and years of leadership experience across nonprofit, corporate, and congregational systems. She understands what it means to carry authority with real consequences—and how isolating that can be.
Elaine offers a steady, non-pathologizing presence for people seeking clarity without pressure, fixing, or performance.
